In 1900 Elizabeth Aston was a widow and living with her 27-year-old son, Hugh, in the west part of Hood County near Granbury, Texas. There was also a 50-year-old gentleman living there, listed on the census as a boarder. His name was William H. Pennington.

I couldn't read all of this gravestone, but I was able to discern that it was Elizabeth Aston, wife of John S. Aston. She rests beside her husband and Andy C. Aston.
